Terms and Condition:

The Artwork participation (the ‘participation’) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (‘Conditions’), and by entering the Competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them.

1. By entering the Competition, you warrant to Sungiven Foods (‘Sungiven’) that all information submitted by you regarding yourself, and your competition entry (‘Entry’) is true and accurate and complete in every respect. Sungiven reserves the right to verify any information provided in connection with your Entry.

2. All Entries must be received by 12:00nn (PDT) on Thursday 29th September 2022 (‘Closing Date).

3. Sungiven reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it believes that an entrant has breached any of the Conditions or any applicable law (including without limitation copyright law) or has infringed the intellectual property of any other person. Each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the Conditions may lead to Sungiven disqualifying that person without Sungiven being required to give any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.

Participants

4. Participants shortlisted will be selected and notified by 15th October 2022 by email. The shortlisted Entry will have their artwork published on Sungiven website for votes.

Finalists

5. Finalists will be selected and notified by 15th October 2022 by email. The Finalists will have the chance to create a large artwork on the commercial wall. The Finalists will receive a Sungiven certificate, a reference letter and a prize that will be received within three months of the competition closing.

Liability

6. Sungiven accepts no responsibility for Entries lost, damaged, or delayed, whether due to transmission errors, website malfunction, computer error or otherwise. Intellectual property rights and data protection.

7. Entrants agree to their design appearing on Sungiven Foods, as well as on the respective partners’ websites, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

8. All Competition entrants unconditionally agree to the use of their name and disclosure of their county of residence in connection with any Entry which is published in any form in any media.
