All raffle tickets participating in the Grand Prize Draw must be deposited into the designated in-store raffle box by 9:00 PM PST on November 25, 2025.
Winners will be announced during the draw on November 27, 2025.
Who Can Enter:
The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the Canadian province of British Columbia (BC), who have reached the age of majority (19 years in BC) as of the Sweepstakes Start Date.
How to Enter:
You can receive one Ballot Entry when you shop at Any Sungiven Foods Canada Store when spend a minimum of 66 dollars ($66.00 before tax).
Once you receive your ballot, you must legibly complete your name, address, telephone number and email address and deposit it in the in-store ballot box.
Sungiven Foods is not responsible for late, misdirected, lost, or incomplete entries, which will be disqualified.
Notification and Redemption:
If you have been drawn as the selected winner for any prize, Sungiven Foods will notify you via e-mail and/or phone. Sungiven Foods will make a minimum of 3 attempts to notify winners. As a condition of awarding the prize, winner must complete, within five (5) days of receipt, the Sungiven Foods’s Statement of Compliance, Release, and Indemnity under which, among other matters, winner confirms his/her compliance and eligibility with these Official Rules, completes, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question and releases and indemnifies Sungiven Foods, Administrators, and other certain parties. Potential winner may have to show a valid identification for verification before receiving any prize. If a potential winner refuses or fails to return the required documents within five (5) days of notification, in accordance with these Official Rules, or is found to have violated the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes in any way, or is deemed ineligible to receive a prize for any reason, or if any prize or prize notification from Sungiven Foods is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and will be deemed to have forfeited the prize in question. Sungiven Foods will then hold a drawing to select an alternate prize winner (“alternate prize winner drawing”) from among the pool of eligible entries received. For all prizes, winners will be required to return to the Participating Location where their Ballot Entry was submitted to receive their prize.
Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes awarded. Prizes are non transferable and substitution is not allowed, in part or in whole, except by Sungiven Foods who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes will be awarded to eligible winners only. Limit one winner per prize or household.
Publicity: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sungiven Foods to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and comments for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in any media without limitation and without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. The names of the Prize Winners will be published on the Sungiven Foods and/or Administrators’ Websites and Social Networking Websites.
Restrictions: The following are prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification from the Sweepstakes: (1) using any method that artificially increases odds of winning; (2) non-compliance with these Official Rules; and (3) any other act which the Sungiven Foods determines in its sole discretion, jeopardizes the integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
